Larger chainrings and cogs are now used on track bikes for overall better chain efficiency in the hope of saving as many watts as possible. Sprinters and pursuit teams are now using over 120-inch gearing. Carry all your kit and essentials on your back, freeing up both of your hands for your bike and rollers. Up to 70+ tooth chainrings.
